Create a Firewall Change Request
Western Washington University's internal network is closed to external traffic by default. If you have a new service and would like to add or remove an access control list entry to our firewall, please submit a ticket via the ATUS website or by emailing helpdesk@wwu.edu. Include the description of the service, the contact information (if it's not you), and any specific technical or functional requirements (such as IP addresses, port numbers, protocols, etc.). The Information Security Office may conduct a vulnerability scan or other assessment prior to the firewall change being implemented.
